  • High level of English proficiency required.
  • Implement, adjust, and optimize functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
  • Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 Channel Integration Framework.
  • Collaborate on incident resolution and functional evolution of the platform.
