Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Specialist to become an expert on our Iris product line, focusing on creating compelling content, providing top-tier customer support, and collaborating with product and development teams to deliver an exceptional user experience.

In Short

Develop and manage knowledge base materials including user guides and tutorials.
Provide troubleshooting and technical support for users.
Lead webinars and represent Iris at community events.
Gather customer feedback to ensure product quality.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams for improvements.
Test new features to ensure they meet user needs.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in AV systems integration, specifically in Video Production.
3+ years in consumer and/or broadcast live streaming.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Knowledge of video protocols such as NDI, SRT, and WebRTC.
Experience in networking and software is a plus.
Experience with remote or cloud production.
