Overview

The Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative will provide payment assistance solutions and support to patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals through a remote call center environment.

In Short

  • 100% remote work opportunity
  • Field requests for card activation and program eligibility
  • Explain program benefits and troubleshoot submission rejections
  • Provide initial support via telephone, email, and fax
  • Document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues
  • Work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of call center experience preferred
  • Bilingual candidates preferred
  • Contract role with potential for full-time conversion

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Pharmacy Technician experience required
  • HIPAA certification required
  • 3+ years of call center experience preferred
  • Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
