Overview

We are looking for support for a client's Service Desk in Bern. You will be involved in incident management for specific applications (1st-Level Support), which includes the professional reception and classification of customer reports via phone and email, along with appropriate documentation in the ticketing system. You will resolve issues according to guidelines or escalate to 2nd-Level Support, track requests, and maintain contact with users. Additionally, you will provide advice on questions and inform users about partial or total outages of applications via informational emails. After the training period, remote work is possible on some days of the week.

Requirements
