Business Informatics Specialist with ITIL - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Informatics Specialist for one of our clients. You will analyze issues regarding IT/ITIL processes and develop solution and decision proposals considering the required security, functionality, and quality based on the ITSM tool Ky2Help.

In Short

• Analyze IT/ITIL processes and issues.
• Develop solution and decision proposals.
• Work on IT projects related to the ITSM tool.
• Support smooth implementation and operational takeover.
• Create architecture and system documentation.
• Collaborate with users on requirement descriptions.
• Assist in implementing requirements in software projects.
• Experience in ITIL projects and/or Lowcode is a plus.
• Fluent communication in German and English is beneficial.
• Possess a clean record (background check required).

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or equivalent.
• Technical understanding and IT affinity.
• Good experience in requirements implementation and interface definition.
• Knowledge of agile project methods.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Self-responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented.
• Good communication skills with internal customers.
• Experience in ITIL environment.
• Strong initiative and motivation to solve complex problems.
• German language proficiency required; English is a plus.
