• Lead Product Engineering initiatives for quantum computing systems.
• Coordinate complex programs across teams and domains.
• Create and align plans for new builds and deployments.
• Work with technical teams to maintain project plans.
• Monitor project performance and manage risks.
• Drive quality improvement processes.
• Conduct weekly meetings and track action items.
• 8+ years experience in new product development.
• B.S. in engineering, physics, or computer science.
• Prior experience in Technical Program Management.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to travel to other IonQ sites.
• Experience with ISO 9001 / TL9000 Quality Management System.
• Strong technical and software tool skills.
