• Lead the Hybrid Computing Program at IonQ.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of hybrid classical-quantum offerings.
• Collaborate with product management to transform product vision into milestones.
• Create and manage project timelines and establish key milestones.
• Perform operational planning and budgeting for program execution.
• Lead problem-solving efforts during project obstacles.
• Interface with technical and non-technical teams.
• Present project status reports to senior management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• B.S. in a technical field (physics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).
• Experience with integrated software-hardware products.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira.
• Ability to lead teams through ambiguity.
• Experience in research and development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
