In Short

• Serve as a clinical subject matter expert in Utilization Management (UM).
• Collaborate with product and growth teams to manage product development and sales delivery.
• Execute on the product and services roadmap for AwareUM.
• Manage client experience and implementation milestones.
• Support a seamless user experience with the CX team.
• Engage with clients from executive to end user.
• Lead and manage projects effectively.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external clients.
• Travel 20-50% for client or business meetings.
• Work effectively in a remote environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent with RN licensure.
• 8+ years of clinical experience in an acute care setting.
• 2+ years of experience in utilization management.
• Experience managing a Utilization Management team.
• Knowledge of Utilization Management and reimbursement models.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work on a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to facilitate information exchange with clients.
• Proven collaborative, team-focused approach.
