Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to lead and enhance our payables operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in supplier reconciliation, payment processing, and compliance, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with IFRS and KSA regulatory standards.

• Oversee the full end-to-end AP cycle from invoice verification to payment execution.
• Review supplier invoices for compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage supplier aging and schedule timely payments.
• Analyze payment trends and supplier performance.
• Prepare detailed AP reports including DPO and payment forecasts.
• Manage weekly and monthly payments through ERP systems.
• Reconcile supplier ledgers for accuracy.
