Director of Global Field Services & Installation - Remote

Overview

InVue is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director level leader to manage the growth and expansion of the Global Field Services and Installation team.

In Short

• Lead the Company’s hardware implementation program.
• Ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met.
• Manage Field Services and Installation Teams.
• Supervise 3rd party installation technicians.
• Work with customers to capture solution and service requirements.
• Coordinate with operations on product availability.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop installation plans.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of installation activities.
• Manage resources effectively for installations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in field service or installation management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional project management and customer service skills.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel upward of 50%.
