Overview

The Genesis OR Consultant plays a key role in supporting hospitals and surgical teams by delivering both onsite and remote consulting services, focusing on best practices for da Vinci Surgery.

In Short

• Support hospitals and surgical teams with consulting services.
• Identify and implement best practices for robotic surgery.
• Work with cross-functional teams including Sales and Marketing.
• Manage assigned territory and customer engagements.
• Deliver consulting programs and educational initiatives.
• Analyze customer usage patterns and performance data.
• Promote collaboration among Genesis and cross-functional partners.
• Gather and report customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Travel up to 70% for customer engagements.
• Adapt to dynamic and fast-paced work environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare experience.
• 3 years of experience in healthcare or hospital management.
• Experience in Operating Room departments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management.
• Fluency in English and local language as applicable.
• Willingness to travel and adapt to work schedules.
• Minimum of 24 months in this role expected for internal mobility.
