Overview

The Clinical Territory Associate (CTA) is a developmental role that partners with the Sacramento team to gain knowledge in technical, clinical, and sales aspects of the business.

In Short

• Assists sales representatives with surgeon trainings and territory management.
• Guides technical in-services for customers including OR staff and surgeons.
• Sells benefits of advanced technology to existing robotic users.
• Gains experience in goal setting and mapping.
• Manages administrative tasks such as reporting and expense submissions.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 1-year leadership or outside sales experience required.
• Excellent social and persuasive communication skills needed.
• Ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Travel up to 10% may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 1-year leadership (military) experience or 1 year of outside sales experience required.
• Proven record of success.
• Ambition and exceptional work ethic.

• Excellent social skills and persuasive communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to travel up to 10%, and work nights and weekends as needed.
