Overview

The Clinical Sales Representative (CSR) is responsible for maximizing the utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System in the Green Bay, Appleton area, partnering with clinical teams to enhance surgical precision and improve patient outcomes.

In Short

• Develop sales strategy to drive robot utilization.
• Mentor surgical teams through training and integration.
• Support regional Sales and Marketing events.
• Drive continuous expansion of the user base.
• Manage administrative tasks and sales activities.
• Work with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Sales of instruments and accessories.
• Assist in the onboarding of new team members.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Must live in or relocate to the Green Bay, Appleton area.

Requirements

• 5 years of sales experience, with 2+ years in healthcare sales.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Knowledge of the Operating Room environment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven record of success and ambition.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
