Overview

The Customer Success team is dedicated to supporting and growing lasting client relationships by working closely with global Sales teams and other departments to ensure every customer interaction is thoughtful and helpful.

In Short

  • Build and grow strong client relationships across your portfolio of accounts.
  • Present quotes through live meetings and ensure timely follow-up after events.
  • Ensure meaningful engagement on a regular basis for each client account.
  • Host regular client meetings and share insights for retention and satisfaction.
  • Resolve client issues in collaboration with Operations and Management.
  • Proactively explore new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Coordinate contract processes ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Support onboarding of new clients and gather feedback for process improvement.
  • Work with Accounting for accurate invoicing and ensure seamless handovers.
  • Contribute to reporting and internal documentation.

Requirements

  • Confidence leading video calls and managing client relationships.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation habits.
  • Tech-savviness in HubSpot, Zoom, and collaborative tools.
  • A self-starter mindset and ability to manage workload independently.
  • Strong communication, listening, and conflict resolution skills.
  • A flexible, solutions-focused mindset.
