Overview

As an SDET-IV at Interface.ai, you’ll be a cornerstone of our Quality Assurance team, driving the quality strategy for our cutting-edge Conversational AI platform that powers intelligent virtual assistants for financial institutions.

In Short

• Lead Test Strategy: Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for the Conversational AI platform.
• Build Automation Frameworks: Design and develop advanced, reusable test automation frameworks.
• AI-Specific Testing: Create innovative testing approaches for NLP & Voice models.
• Innovation: Be part of the innovation lab to redefine Quality assurance with AI tools.
• End-to-End Ownership: Take full ownership of quality for critical initiatives.
• Mentor & Collaborate: Guide junior SDETs and developers in adopting AI tools.
• Performance & Scale: Design and execute load, stress, and latency tests.
• Documentation & Innovation: Maintain documentation of test architectures and lead POCs.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 7+ years in software testing, with 4+ years as an SDET.
• Technical Expertise: High Proficiency in Java or similar languages for test automation.
• Hands-on experience with testing tools like Selenium, Appium, RestAssured, etc.
• Strong understanding of microservices and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments.
• AI/Fintech Edge: Exposure to testing AI/ML systems or fintech applications is a plus.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead initiatives and mentor teams.
• Problem-Solving: A knack for tackling ambiguous challenges.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills.
