Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles (Software Engineering, QA, or Product Analysis).
• B2B SaaS startup experience, ideally in fintech or AI-powered solutions.
• Technical expertise – Engineering background preferred, with a strong ability to work with development teams.
• Business acumen & data fluency – You understand how to drive revenue, engagement, and adoption through smart product decisions.
• Proven leadership – You’ve led cross-functional teams, influenced stakeholders, and owned product success.
• Strategic mindset with execution focus – You balance short-term wins with long-term vision.
