In Short

• Develop a vision and roadmap to improve the Messenger AI product as a CX and CRM tool.
• Formulate a strategy for how Messenger AI fits into Mindbody’s overall CRM solution.
• Lead Engineering, Design, and GTM team to execute against the roadmap.
• Experience in shipping impactful web and mobile products.
• B2B experience, especially in CX or CRM areas.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI.
• Strong ownership and urgency to build great products.
• Ability to think holistically across customer research and technical architecture.
• Experience with agile discovery and development processes.
• Strong communicator and influencer.

Requirements

• Seasoned product manager with a track record of shipping impactful products.
• Familiarity with capabilities and limitations of LLMs.
• Experience in developing GenAI projects is a plus.
• Technical and analytical savvy.
• Proven track record as a strong communicator.
• Ability to deliver product value quickly and iteratively.
