Customer Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

This role involves helping prospects and customers integrate features into their products, starting from proof-of-concept to production and continuous improvement of integration offerings.

In Short

• Understand customer integration use cases and implement them using the product.
• Answer customer questions about the product and its applications.
• Assist customers in integrating with external applications.
• Provide feedback to improve the product.
• Optional participation in product demonstrations.
• Optional improvement of product documentation.
• Optional creation of reusable examples and demos.

Requirements

• Experience with SaaS APIs and building integrations.
• Ability to read and understand front-end and backend code.
• Ability to work autonomously.

Great to have

• Understanding of the business SaaS space.
• Experience with integration platforms.
• Knowledge of front-end (react) and backend (node.js) programming.
