Overview

As a Workday Certified Payroll Consultant, you will ensure successful deployment by architecting, configuring and testing Workday solutions to meet the specific needs of the client while working remotely from anywhere in the Philippines.

• Provide expertise in the Workday Payroll product suite.
• Lead and coach deployment teams in gathering client requirements and configuring Workday solutions.
• Assist in converting legacy data into Workday.
• Support integration testing between Workday and other systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years implementing Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking solutions.
• Current active Workday Payroll Certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Previous consulting experience.
• Experience with Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar applications.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Functional experience in Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage timelines and goals.
