In Short

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams on a multi-brand design system.
• Drive system-level thinking across product experiences.
• Translate product and UX needs into scalable components.
• Lead design direction focused on usability and visual craft.
• Work in Figma with advanced workflows.
• Generate clear documentation, potentially using AI-assisted workflows.
• Ensure design outputs are production-ready.
• Support a leading consumer product experience.
• Work embedded with a client’s multi-disciplinary team.
• Available to work 40 hours/week, primarily during EST hours.

Requirements

• Experience as an Associate Design Director or Lead Product Designer.
• Strong background in product design and UX.
• Experience building and scaling multi-brand design systems.
• Expertise in Figma, including libraries and versioning.
• Experience with externally managed design tokens.
• Familiarity with Tokens Studio.
• Understanding of design systems in engineering and implementation.
• Ability to influence at strategic and executional levels.
• Experience with AI-assisted documentation workflows is a plus.
• Exposure to engineering workflows is a plus.
