Overview

InStride Health is looking for a Therapist Supervisor to help us grow and manage our team of dedicated therapists, providing clinical supervision and support to ensure high-quality care for patients.

In Short

• Provide ongoing clinical supervision to a team of therapists.
• Assist with recruiting and hiring therapists.
• Support therapists in meeting role expectations and goals.
• Track and analyze data on therapist performance.
• Assist with escalations and off-track cases.
• Collaborate on training programs for therapists.
• Participate in cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide clinical coverage during therapist absences.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage PTO requests.
• Maintain a positive work environment for the team.

Requirements

• Doctoral or masters degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Experience in cognitive behavioral therapy for children and adolescents.
• Experience supervising mental health professionals.
• Strong decision-making and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Appropriate independent provider licensure.
• Willingness to participate in cross-licensure obtainment.
