Overview

The Psychiatrist at InStride is responsible for providing high quality psychiatric treatment to children and teens, collaborating with families and healthcare providers to meet patient needs.

In Short

• Provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for children and teens.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams and outpatient providers.
• Participate in clinical team meetings focused on patient care.
• Schedule patients and complete documentation promptly.
• Offer feedback on workflow improvements and program growth.

Requirements

• Board Certification in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Active IMLC LOQ and state license appropriate to clinical discipline.
• Commitment to compassionate treatment for patients.
• Expertise in medication management for anxiety, OCD, depression, and ADHD.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
