Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in climate finance or sustainable finance.
• Strong understanding of adaptation finance and resilience landscapes.

• Track record of producing high-quality research and writing.
• Experience with DFIs, climate funds, or blended finance structures is desirable.
• Familiarity with social risk and human rights due diligence frameworks.
