• Work with Hardware and Operations teams to resolve issues and deliver improvements to Caper carts.
• Communicate with clients and represent Caper professionally.
• Document understanding and resolution processes for issues.
• Support new retail store setup of carts.
• Contracted role with flexible hours.
• Requires availability Monday through Friday.
• Diagnose and resolve incident tickets on-site within 48 hours.
• Work with a supportive team.
• 1+ years of experience in technical support or related fields required.
• Comfortable with various software and hardware technologies.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in technical support, mechanical engineering, or hardware maintenance.
• Great troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with electronic circuits and high-tech devices.
• Basic network knowledge for Wi-Fi setup.
• Ability to travel for training and store setups.
• Must have a vehicle and clean driving record.
