Overview

The Customer Success Associate will work within our internal CRM system to handle customer success cases, ensuring timely and professional resolution of issues, including churn escalations and price negotiations.

• Manage customer success cases in a timely manner.
• Adjust renewal quotes using Salesforce CPQ.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
• Experience in customer support or success, preferably in software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
