Overview

We’re seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to lead our online marketing efforts, manage digital campaigns, and drive high-quality leads.

In Short

• Create and manage social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns
• Develop and manage lead generation strategies with clear KPI reporting (e.g., cost per lead, conversions, engagement metrics)
• Qualify and respond to incoming leads generated through digital campaigns
• Follow up with leads via phone and email to maintain engagement
• Schedule consultations using our booking system
• Strong background in digital marketing, advertising, and social media management
• Proven ability to generate and convert leads through strategic campaigns
• Excellent spoken and written English with no noticeable accent

Requirements

• Confident using analytics tools and comfortable reporting on campaign performance
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Bonus: Experience in marketing for law firms or other professional service industries
