Remote Admin & Customer Service Assistant

Overview

This role involves being the front line of communication for a reputable roofing company, handling customer service and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

In Short

• Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries
• Conduct detailed call intakes
• Schedule roof inspections and service appointments
• Prepare and manage digital job files and documentation
• Process estimates, invoices, and insurance paperwork
• Maintain customer records in CRM
• Assist with lead generation and follow-ups
• Coordinate communication between field technicians and office staff
• Conduct post-service follow-ups
• Support general office tasks as needed

Requirements

• Bilingual in English & Spanish
• Experience in customer service or administrative roles
• Confident phone communication style
• Typing speed test required
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace
• Experience with CRMs
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Prior experience in roofing or construction is a plus
