Working Student: Investor Relations & Startup Operations (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

This position offers an opportunity to dive deep into the world of startups and venture capital, allowing you to make a real impact while working closely with investment, startup support, and operations teams.

In Short

• Identify new investors and maintain the network.
• Maintain and develop the CRM system (HubSpot).
• Prepare for funding rounds through investor research and pitch deck support.
• Assist with annual financial statements and operational finance topics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with investment, finance, and marketing teams.
• Support internal KPI and OKR tracking.
• Provide operational support and advice to startups.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of internal processes.

Requirements

• Enrolled student in Bachelor or Master program, interested in startups and venture capital.
• Structured, diligent, and independent work style.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience in startup, VC, or consulting environments is a plus.
• Eager to quickly learn new tools (like HubSpot, Excel, Notion).
