M365 Support Contractor (EU-Based) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced M365 Support Contractor to provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for a client in the Educational Technology space, focusing on M365 environments and assisting schools with onboarding.

In Short

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 remote support for M365 environments.
• Troubleshoot issues related to faculty and student laptops.
• Assist with user account management in M365.
• Collaborate with the sales team for pre-sales documentation.
• Support migrations to M365 for schools.
• Advise on M365 best practices for security and collaboration.
• Provide training to faculty and administration.
• Flexible working hours with a minimum of 10 hours per week.
• Must be based within the EU for compliance.
• Preferred experience in the EdTech space.

Requirements

• Proficient in M365 administration.
• Experience in Level 1 and Level 2 IT support.
• Knowledge of device management, especially Windows laptops.
• Familiarity with migrations to M365.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Flexible availability during peak periods.
• Experience supporting educational institutions preferred.
