Overview

Senior Projects Managers are crucial to the success of Clinical Trials managed by Innovaderm. They are the main point of contact internally as well as externally, ensuring all activities and deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and as expected.

In Short

• Serve as primary contact for the Sponsor
• Oversee project deliverables and ensure audit readiness
• Control project budget and timelines
• Lead project teams and ensure adequate training
• Participate in planning and conduct of Investigator’s Meetings
• Monitor quality of study deliverables
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Manage risk and control measures
• Provide timely updates on trial progress
• Work in a collaborative environment

Requirements

• B.Sc. in a related field of study to clinical research
• At least 10 years industry experience including a minimum of 3 years in a CRO
• At least 7 years of clinical project management experience
• Experience with mid-size and large studies in multiple regions
• Excellent knowledge of GCP and ICH standards
• Fluency in English with excellent oral and written skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Strong ability to work under pressure while meeting timelines
• PMP certification is an asset
• Bilingualism is an asset
