The Bilingual Field Case Manager will play a crucial role in managing patient care and ensuring seamless communication between patients, physicians, and insurance providers. This position is essential for improving access to therapies and enhancing patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field, or nursing diploma.
  • Minimum five years of experience in healthcare, insurance, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Licensed Nurse (RN or RPN/LPN) with active registration.
  • Experience in case management preferred.
  • Fluency in English and French required.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
  • Background in sales and marketing is an asset.
  • Knowledge of reimbursement processes is essential.
