Senior UI/UX Designer - SaaS - Remote

Overview

We’re hiring a Senior UX Designer! This role is ideal for an experienced UX professional excited by the challenge of transforming a complex, legacy UI into an intuitive and modern user experience for our global B2B SaaS analytics platform.

In Short

• Deliver world-class product design that meets or exceeds industry benchmarks.
• Create and refine seamless user journeys, experience maps, and wireframes informed by user research.
• Own visual and interaction design from initial concept through final hand-off to development.
• Collaborate closely with local Product Manager and developers, and asynchronously with global teams.
• Translate user research and insights into actionable design specifications.
• Incrementally refresh and modernise a large legacy UI.
• Conduct UX research and usability testing.
• Engage in co-design practices with users and product teams.
• Create iterative design specifications for continuous improvements.
• Work remotely with an international team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of UX design experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience leading end-to-end design projects.
• Proficiency in UX/UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Strong skills in wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Exceptional asynchronous communication skills.
