Senior UI/UX Designer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer, who has experience working in multicultural teams and is fluent in English and Spanish. You will be part of the CI&T team but in the Contractor model with an expected duration of 3 months, it is a temporary position.

In Short

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve problems through design.
• Create wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, specifications and other UX design deliverables.
• Design intuitive interfaces through high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
• Create and expand design systems and style guides.
• Document specifications for handoff.
• Experience solving, designing and creating for diverse digital products and services.
• Experience creating visual design assets such as icons, illustrations, and UI elements.
• Understanding of the user-centered design process (UCD).
• Demonstrate expert Spanish language skills and have advanced/fluent English proficiency.
• Functional expertise in Figma.

Requirements

• Living or have lived in Mexico is a plus.
• Solid foundation and experience in visual design.
• Experience in interaction design, interface design, information design.
• Storytelling and design presentation skills.
• Documentation for development handoff.
• User Testing in Maze.
• Solid understanding of user research, concept development, product design, rapid prototyping.
• Designing for a variety of digital interfaces.
