Senior UX/UI Designer - Remote

Overview

The Senior UX/UI Designer will develop and deploy new Business Solutions utilizing strong leadership talents plus an instinctive, problem-solving mentality and experience conceptualizing to create out-of-the-box solutions. Working in an Agile environment, we are engaged in construction of new solutions and continuous optimization of our current products.

In Short

• Design and prototype intuitive user interfaces for web, desktop, and mobile applications.
• Create responsive templates and design assets for healthcare user roles.
• Lead all phases of the UI/UX design process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into design specifications.
• Contribute to and evolve the enterprise design system.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Define and maintain information architecture and navigation systems.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and accessibility standards.
• Maintain alignment with organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
• Proven track record on B2B or enterprise-level platforms.
• Prior experience in healthcare or regulatory environments is a plus.
• Comprehensive understanding of web technology and user-centered design principles.
• Ability to design for complex workflows.
• Experience working with Product Managers and Engineering.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Basic front-end skills (HTML/CSS/React) are a plus.
