We’re looking for a skilled and driven Reimbursement Specialist to join our growing team and help us streamline the reimbursement and collections process.

In Short

• Submit and track pharmacy claims for workers’ compensation and auto accident/PIP/MedPay patients.
• Investigate and appeal denied claims.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters and attorneys.
• Stay current on state-specific regulations.
• Develop and improve internal collections workflows.
• Analyze denial trends to drive recovery efforts.
• Educate internal staff on best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in pharmacy reimbursement.
• Strong understanding of carrier reimbursement processes.
• Demonstrated success in managing denied claims.
• Experience with pharmacy billing platforms.
• Preferred background in injury-focused pharmacy.
• Familiarity with WCEDI or similar eBilling systems.
