Legal Advisor (MENA/GCC/EU) - Remote

Overview

The In-House Legal Advisor will provide legal advice and support across multiple jurisdictions in relation to INGOT’s operations, primarily within the Financial Brokerage sector. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable EU and non-EU regulatory frameworks, mitigating legal risk, and supporting the company’s business activities.

In Short

• Manage all legal documentation including service agreements, NDAs, etc.
• Review, amend, and negotiate agreements with service providers.
• Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions on regulatory matters.
• Draft and update internal policies and procedures.
• Review marketing materials for legal compliance.
• Prepare training materials and deliver training sessions.
• Manage disputes and regulatory matters.
• Liaise with external stakeholders including regulators.
• Support complex legal matters across jurisdictions.
• Perform other duties related to the role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law from accredited university (minimum GPA of 3.0).
• Master’s degree in law is a plus.
• Admitted to relevant Bar Association.
• 3-5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Prior experience in the Financial Brokerage sector is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
