Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge in the engineering world? Our Alpes Centre Est unit is looking for a motivated and curious Market Manager for BHNS Works to join our dynamic team.

In Short

• Join a team of 17 in the city service department.
• Work on the BHNS lines B and C of Clermont-Ferrand.
• Manage two infrastructure markets worth approximately 25 to 30 million euros each.
• Lead weekly site meetings for each work market.
• Oversee two site supervisors and report to the works director.
• Handle administrative, financial, technical, and contractual tasks related to work contracts.
• Collaborate with other market managers and site supervisors.
• Engage in a modern and stimulating work environment.
• Participate in various team-building events.
• Contribute to significant infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in public works management.
• Experience with significant infrastructure projects (minimum 20 million euros).
• Knowledge of public procurement regulations.
• Strong contract and financial management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Understanding of safety and health regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and rigorously.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Covadis is a plus.
