Requirements

• Engineering degree with at least 10 years of experience in construction or project management.
• Expertise in all construction trades from foundations to architectural finishes.
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong autonomy and teamwork skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and client relationship management.
• Willingness to be present on-site as required.
