Project Manager Operations & Customer Care - Remote

Overview

The Project Manager will oversee the evaluation, organization, implementation, and monitoring of projects in the Operations & Customer Care area, ensuring compliance with time and cost requirements while actively proposing remediation actions for any deviations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Banking.
• PMO certification is a plus.
• Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Proven experience in complex international environments.
• Strong knowledge of Banking Operations and Processes.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management at senior levels.
