In Short

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to improve influencer-brand matching and content recommendations.
• Build scalable and production-ready ML pipelines for real-time and batch processing.
• Ensure model accuracy, performance, and robustness through testing and evaluation.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to define ML objectives.
• Lead ML initiatives and promote best practices across the organization.
• Support the recruiting process for future ML hires.
• Provide mentorship to future ML hires.
• Partner with data engineers for high-quality training data availability.
• Analyze large-scale influencer marketing data for insights.
• Leverage cloud platforms to deploy and scale ML solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in machine learning engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks.
• Experience with data processing frameworks.
• Knowledge of MLOps best practices.
• Strong understanding of deep learning and recommendation systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
