Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Treasury Operations Analyst to join our dynamic finance team at Infinite Reality. This is a new role, responsible for managing day-to-day treasury operations, supporting cash management, liquidity forecasting, and ensuring efficient processing of financial transactions.

In Short

• Monitor and optimize daily cash positions.
• Facilitate daily cash transfers and bank reconciliations.
• Manage relationships with banking partners.
• Oversee and process vendor and payroll payments.
• Assist with liquidity forecasting and cash management strategies.
• Prepare and distribute treasury reports.
• Assist with treasury management systems implementation.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Provide insights into cash flow trends.
• Support senior management and auditors with reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in treasury operations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
• Familiarity with banking processes and cash management tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in treasury operations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills.
