• Lead the implementation of SAP Budget Management solutions for the Spanish Public Administration.
• Conduct requirements analysis, solution design, and system configuration.
• Ensure compliance with fiscal regulations and public sector requirements.
• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Provide post-implementation technical and functional support.
• Train end-users and internal teams on SAP EAPS modules.
• Identify opportunities to improve fiscal processes and revenue management.
• Implement best practices and methodologies for optimizing SAP usage.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams for successful project delivery.
• Develop training materials and user guides.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in implementing and configuring SAP EAPS and Financial modules.
• Solid understanding of applicable budget laws and regulations.
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
• SAP certifications (preferably in Financial, Budgetary, and/or Treasury modules).
