Overview

The Junior Consultant for Human & Digital Change in SAP will work with clients to implement change management strategies aligned with SAP implementations, focusing on training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

• Plan and execute change management strategies for SAP implementations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Change Management for SAP projects.
• Knowledge of organizational change methodologies (PROSCI, ADKAR).
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and organizational levels.
• Understanding of business processes in Finance, Logistics, Production, Sales, or HR.
• Basic knowledge in communication and training strategy development.
• Negotiation and leadership skills.
• Certifications in Change Management or Project Management are a plus.
• Experience in sectors like retail, energy, health, telecommunications, banking, or public sector is valued.
• Knowledge of SAP project implementation methodologies (SAP Activate).
• Familiarity with e-learning tools and corporate training platforms.
