Overview

As a Staff Accountant at InductiveHealth, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the accounting activities of a private equity-backed organization focused on public health. This position requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail to drive financial performance.

• Handle corporate accounting and general ledger reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP.
• Prepare and present financial statements and reporting documents.
• Direct the month-end close process for timely reporting.
• Assist with tax return preparation and filing.

• Participate in annual audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 3+ years of experience in financial management roles.
• SaaS experience required.
• ERP experience (NetSuite preferred).
• Understanding of revenue recognition for SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and complex transactions.
