The Director of Claims at Indiana Farmers Insurance is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving excellence in claims handling, associate development, compliance, and service delivery.

Requirements

• College degree required or CE work towards obtaining an advanced designation or degree.
• Ten years claims experience.
• Five years management experience.
• Experience with complex casualty, litigation, coverage, and multi-line claims operations.
• Strong grasp of coverage analysis and environmental claims.
• Multi-jurisdictional experience, particularly in Illinois.
• AIC or CPCU designation preferred.
