IncubatorLab is looking for a high-volume Full Cycle Recruiter to join our fast-scaling team!

In Short

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Proactively identify 'Performance-First' talent across platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche creative communities.
• Manage a steady pipeline of 5-10+ open requisitions simultaneously.
• Screen candidates for their ability to drive conversions and understand hooks.
• Work closely with Growth and Creative teams to refine job requirements.
• Use data and ATS insights to reduce time-to-hire.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, focusing on Creative or Performance Marketing roles.
• Deep understanding of the Paid Social landscape and specific skill sets for high-converting ads.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring cycles.
• Exceptional English communication skills.
• Strong proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems and advanced LinkedIn Sourcing techniques.
• Comfort working asynchronously in a global, remote-first setting.
