Overview

Incubator Lab is looking for a talented Lead Graphic Designer to join our thriving team!

In Short

Design high-performance static ads for Meta, Pinterest, and Display (Google/Programmatic).
Create diverse styles: from "ugly" high-converting UGC-style graphics to polished, premium brand layouts.
Build out carousels, split-screen comparisons, "Us vs. Them" charts, and press listicles.
Iterate rapidly on winning concepts by testing different backgrounds, headlines, and CTAs.
Maintain a structured design library for quick versioning and platform optimization.

Requirements

Performance-First Mindset: You design with the click in mind, utilizing hierarchy and typography to drive action.
Direct Response Experience: Proven track record in DTC, E-commerce, or Lead Gen design.
Mastery of Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, or Canva (whichever allows you to move the fastest without sacrificing quality).
Speed & Volume: Ability to churn out 10+ variations of a winning concept without burnout.
