Senior Analyst I - Financial Impact (Actuarial) - Remote

Overview

The Senior Analyst I is responsible for quantifying and communicating Included Health's value to clients, playing a crucial role in the Financial Impact team within the Insights for Business Excellence (IBEX) organization.

In Short

• Conduct actuarial analyses on healthcare costs and trends.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare claims.
• Own savings and ROI methodologies for Included Health's products.
• Contribute to product development as part of a cross-disciplinary team.
• Document savings and ROI methodologies for client communication.
• Align on best methodological approaches for measuring savings.
• Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations for clients.
• Occasional travel to client sites for meetings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of employer-sponsored health space and population health.
• Experience with medical/Rx claims data and other raw data types.
• Ability to present healthcare economics analyses to stakeholders.
• Understanding of healthcare cost drivers.
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity in problem-solving.
