Overview

The Care Delivery Planning & Strategy team at Included Health is looking for a Senior Analyst to assist in forecasting efforts for Growth Marketing Channels and Specialty Care service lines. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to provide insights on forecasting and defining requirements for data pipelines and reporting.

• Create and deliver demand and headcount forecasts for marketing channels and service lines.
• Support product & engineering teams in developing data pipelines and reporting.
• Collaborate with Care & Clinical leaders to meet member needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Operations, or related fields OR 5+ years of analytics experience.
• Experience in financial, analytics, growth marketing & operational teams.
• Understanding of financial models, marketing attribution, P&Ls, and KPIs.
• Ability to analyze data in ambiguous environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
