Included Health is seeking a 100% Remote Mental Health Therapist licensed in Minnesota to provide compassionate, high-quality virtual care to patients.

• Provide individual therapy sessions through a telehealth platform

• Perform virtual remote counseling and comprehensive mental health evaluations
• Implement behavioral health treatment plans and evaluate results
• Conduct monthly chart reviews as part of peer review QA process
• Maintain control over your schedule and set your own hours

Requirements

• Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision
• Keep up-to-date with continuing education and knowledge of evidence-based interventions
• Experience with technology and understanding of digital tools
• Licensure in multiple states is highly valued
• Clinically licensed in state of primary residence
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy
• 1+ years of unsupervised psychotherapy treatment experience for LCSW
• 3+ years of unsupervised psychotherapy treatment experience for LPC/LMHC and LMFT
• Active and unrestricted license in Minnesota
